Meetings

FoLS Committee Meetings are held several times a year. We discuss upcoming events, how we plan to raise additional funds for Lunsford School and projects to assist with improvements to the learning environment. Purchase requests and suggestions are discussed and minutes of our meetings are published below.

The committee meetings are open, meaning anyone can attend. We are all family people, those with young children are very welcome to bring them along.

FoLS Event Meetings are held periodically and are arranged by our Events Coordinator, concentrating on the tasks at had for our upcoming events. We discuss anything from advertising, donation collections, ticket sales to staffing, purchasing of prizes and consumables. Every hand and mind can help, whatever is being planned!
